Straight answers.

What we do, which services you need, what they cost, and how to start. Everything here is also on the rest of the site, in one place.

The business

What is Dire Studios?

Dire Studios is a lead generation and revenue operations agency based in Miami, Florida. We help businesses get found and reach people already searching Google for what they do. Our services are websites, SEO and GEO, search intent lead generation built on Google searches, and website visitor identification. Behind them runs one system that gives every lead a fast reply, automatic follow up and a place in one pipeline. Each client takes only the services their business needs.

Who founded Dire Studios?

Gabe Ferreyra and Gavin Zerkle. Gabe leads strategy, client relationships and the build behind every campaign. Gavin runs outreach and operations. Before Dire, the team ran a creator economy agency that generated over five billion views and more than twenty million dollars in revenue.

What businesses and areas do you work with?

Businesses across industries, nationwide. Any trade, any industry. We map the services and the service area worth targeting for each business before anything runs.

Do I need every service?

No. Every business leaks customers in a different place. Some are never found, some never reach the people already searching, and some answer too late. We fix the part that is costing you and leave the rest alone, and each service is priced on its own.

Do you handle follow up and the CRM?

Yes, as part of the work. It is not a separate service. Behind everything we do is the same system: however a lead comes in, it gets a fast, branded message, automatic follow up, and a place in one pipeline from first reply to closed.

Lead generation

What is search intent lead generation?

Search intent lead generation finds people who are already searching Google for a product or service, instead of starting from a cold list. We define the services, service area and exact search terms that matter for a business. Licensed search intent data, based on what people search on Google, then identifies people actively looking for those terms nearby, right now. The result is real demand, captured at the moment it exists.

What is speed to lead?

Speed to lead is how quickly a business replies to a new enquiry. It matters because the fastest reply almost always wins the customer. A two minute reply converts five to ten times better than a two hour one, and a lead that comes in at 9pm and hears back at 9am has often booked somewhere else. We build the response layer that replies in minutes.

How is this different from buying a lead list?

A lead list is a set of names that may never have shown any interest. We start from people who searched Google for what you do, in your service area, and reach them as your brand from a properly authenticated domain so the message lands. There are no cold names on the list, only people who searched Google.

How does it work, step by step?

Five steps. We map your market. Search intent finds the people searching Google for those terms. We reach them as your brand. They get answered fast, within minutes of responding. You close warm people, while we keep the top of the funnel full and the response time short, month after month.

How much does lead generation cost?

It is priced in three parts: a one time setup fee to build the system, a lead retainer billed at the actual cost of sourcing the Google search intent data and running the outreach, with no markup, and a small flat monthly fee to run and tune the system. Because markets differ, the numbers are quoted in a meeting for your market, margins and volume.

Websites

How do your websites work?

We talk for ten minutes about what you do, where you work and what you want the phone to ring about. We build a real site overnight using your services and your words, not a template, and send you a live link the next day. If you keep it, it goes live on your domain that day. If you pass, you owe nothing.

How much does a website cost?

$500 once to build it, and only if you keep it. Then $50 a month for Live, which covers hosting and the domain, a lead form straight to your inbox, keeping the site online and patched, and cancelling whenever you like. Or $150 a month for Looked after, which adds two small edits a month, the rest of our tools, and same day answers from the builders.

What counts as a small edit?

Changing something already on the site: hours, phone, address, email, prices on listed services, a photo you send us, rewording existing copy, adding or removing an item in a list, or a seasonal notice. You send the exact wording or photo. New pages or sections, layout or design changes, new graphics or photography, new features like booking or payments, and full rewrites are separate work. Edits do not roll over between months.

What if I already have a website?

We leave it alone. We build ours separately, you put the two side by side, and you keep whichever one you would rather send a customer to. If that is yours, nothing changes and you owe nothing.

SEO, GEO and visitors

What is GEO?

GEO, generative engine optimization, is making a business show up in the answers AI tools give, such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity. It works alongside SEO: pages that search engines and AI tools can read and quote, clear answers to the questions customers ask, and mentions on the sites those tools already trust.

What is website visitor identification?

Most people who visit a website leave without filling in a form. Website visitor identification, which we run as WebID, can put a name to some of those visitors so the business can follow up. The demonstration on our home page shows how much a single visit reveals before anyone fills in a form.

How much do SEO and GEO and visitor identification cost?

Each is priced on its own and quoted in a meeting, because the work depends on your market and what you already have in place. Websites and search intent lead generation have fixed structures, set out on our pricing page.
